Conta Lusa is an independent calculator site for mainland Portugal. Portugal is the first country. The sums run in your browser: the salary, home price and income you type are not sent to a server.
The rules are the 2026 sources linked on each page: mainland withholding, VAT, May 2026 Euribor, the INE price index and own-home transfer tax. When a rule changes, the page has to be updated. Until then, a result can go stale.
The site exists to explain a number and show the formula. It is not an accountant, a bank, or the tax authority.
