The state tax on the price
Berlin at 6% on 300,000 euros is €18,000.00 of tax, so the cash to fund the price and the tax is €318,000.00. Bavaria is 3.5% and several states are 6.5%. Bremen has been 5.5% since 1 July 2025. Notary and land-register fees are excluded.
