VAT and IGIC
Ceuta and Melilla use IPSI and are not on this page.
The standard VAT rate is 21%. The reduced rates in force are 10% and 4%. In the Canary Islands this page uses IGIC at 7%, 5% and 3%. It does not calculate 0%, the 1% fuel rate, or the increased rates.
